Child Dead, Mother Hospitalized in Croton-on-Hudson Tragedy
Police were called to 144 Hastings Ave. by a 911 call at 1:09 p.m. They found a child, Lacey Carr, and her mother, Kathleen Dymes, both unconscious. Emergency responders immediately began CPR.
