HUDSON, N.Y. Celebrating its seventh season in 2015, Croton-on-Hudson's Down to Earth Farmers Market is opening Sunday with new programs to support environmental stewardship. On opening day, Down to Earth Markets will host a compost bin at the Sunday market.
