YORKTOWN, N.Y. A Croton-On-Hudson man was arrested Tuesday in Yorktown for speeding and driving a vehicle without a license, according to the Yorktown Police Department. Jose A. Quichimbo, 55, was stopped by police at around 7:44 p.m. for allegedly speeding.
