Westchester Man Killed In Route 9 Crash ID'd

Richard Zeoli, a 58-year-old Montrose resident, was identified as the victim in a one-car accident in Croton-on-Hudson early Thursday morning , according to Detective Sgt. John Nikotopolis of the Croton Police Department.
