Edward Langan, a longtime volunteer for Sky View Rehabilitation & Health Care in Croton-on-Hudson, was honored recently by New York State. Langan was the winner of the Senior Adult Volunteer of the Year award from the New York State Health Facilities Association/New York State Center for Assisted Living, handed out on June 28 at the annual NYSHFA/NYSCAL convention in Bolton Landing.
