Rescuers were scouring the waters near Croton-On-Hudson on Tuesday for a 47-year-old Brooklyn man who disappeared while swimming and is feared drowned, officials said. The victim, whose name has not been released, and two friends were on a fishing trip near Croton Point Park - about 37 miles from Manhattan - when he decided to take a swim about 10:45 a.m. Tuesday.
