Man Hurls Sandwich at Police Cruiser after Cop Declines Request for Ride

Newport Police charged a Croton-on-Hudson, N.Y., man with disorderly conduct early Wednesday morning after he allegedly threw a sandwich at a police officer's car after the officer refused to give him a ride to to an area near the International Yacht Restoration School.
