WHITE PLAINS A woman, whose six-year-old daughter died, allegedly by a dosage and interactions of drugs she ingested, has been indicted by a Westchester County grand jury on a charge of criminally negligent homicide. Kathleen Dymes, of Croton-on-Hudson charged with criminally negligent homicide after her 6-year-old daughter died from drug ingestion was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the death of her daughter, Lacey Carr.
