Kathleen Dymes, a Croton-on-Hudson resident, who has been charged in the death of her 6-year-old daughter, Lacey Carr, failed to appear in Westchester County Court for a hearing Tuesday. Peter Tilem, her attorney, said Dymes is currently hospitalized at NewYork Presbyterian Hospital in White Plains and hospital officials would involuntarily commit her if she tried to sign herself out.
