Westchester residents -- and noted actors -- Audra McDonald of Croton-on-Hudson and Jeffery Tambor of Cross River and both got Emmy nods at a news conference in Los Angeles this morning. McDonald, who has been appearing on Broadway in "Shuffle Along, Or, The Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed," was nominated for her role for Outstanding Lead Actress In A Limited Series Or Movie as Billie Holiday as part of HBO's "Lady Day at Emerson's Bar & Grill."
