A pedestrian, walking near the dummy light in the Upper Village, was hit by a car at 8 a.m. Friday, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. Croton fire, police and EMS along with the Ossining paramedics responded to the area, where they found the victim who had what appeared to be minor injuries.
