A former nurse has pleaded guilty to charges she caused her 6-year-old daughter's death from a drug overdose last Easter Sunday. The mother of 6-year-old Lacey Carr, who was found unconscious along with her daughter in their Croton=On-Hudson home, has been upgraded to serious condition at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center in Sleepy Hollow. Both were taken to Phelps where Lacey was pronounced dead.
