Robert W. Waters, 76, Of Croton-On-Hudson

HUDSON, N.Y. Robert W. "T-Bird" Waters, of Croton-on-Hudson, died on Thursday, Aug. 13. He was 76. He served in the U.S. Navy, co-owned Honey's Restaurant in Croton, and was a member of Croton Hook and Ladder. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, Aug. 16, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, located at 41 Grand Street in Croton-on-Hudson.

Roger Pivarnik, Sr., 76, Of Croton-on-Hudson

Roger Pivarnik, Sr., a resident of Croton on Hudson and formerly a longtime resident of Port Chester, died June 18. He was 76. Pivarnik was born Feb. 11, 1937, in Port Chester, to Henry and Jennie Harbolick Pivarnik.
