Community open houses and a ribbon-cutting ceremony were held recently to celebrate the expansion of the Phelps Medical Associates medical suite and Phelps Radiology services in Croton-On-Hudson. Attendees at the ribbon-cutting ceremony included Croton Mayor Leo Weigman, New York State Assemblywoman Sandy Galef, Westchester County Legislator Catherine Borgia and Town of Cortlandt Supervisor Linda Puglisi, who presented a certificate commemorating the occasion.
