Westchester Mom Will Be Sentenced In Death Of 6-Year-Old Daughter

Kathleen Dymes, a Croton-on-Hudson resident, who pleaded guilty in the death of her 6-year-old daughter Lacey Carr, will be sentenced Tuesday in Westchester County Court in White Plains. Dymes pled guilty to one count of criminally negligent homicide, a felony; one count of child endangerment, a misdemeanor; and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.

Three drivers issued traffic tickets in Potsdam

Rachel A. Arno, 18, Dickinson Center, was issued a ticket at 9:41 a.m. charging her with speeding at 47 mph in the 30 mph zone along Maple Street. An hour later, M. A. McClenon-Grant, 20, Croton on Hudson, was issued a ticket for going just as fast along the same roadway.
