Artists from across the Hudson Valley-including Croton-on-Hudson's Susan Jeffers and Putnam Valley's Amanda Epstein-will descend on Rye this weekend to do what they do best, paint, in a celebration of Rye's beauty and to raise funds for the Rye Arts Center, the host of the event.
