Longtime Croton Resident Starts Fund For Filipino Typhoon Victims

Lou del Rosario, owner of Elmsford Raceway, a 27-year Croton-on-Hudson resident and native of the Philippines is starting a relief fund for the thousands of people affected by the deadly typhoon that hit that country, according to a Patch report.
