Joe Duraes, an independent musician from Montrose, will release his debut album "Ebb and Flow" this month and will hold a release party at the Peekskill Coffee House on Nov. 15 at 7 p.m. CDs and digital downloads will be available online through CD Baby, iTunes, Amazon, and dozens of the most popular download and streaming sites as of November 26.
