STAMFORD, Conn. Libia Maddaelina Rosa, 102, died on Tuesday, Jan. 20. She had been living at Bethel Nursing Home in Croton-On-Hudson, N.Y. She was a student in the Stamford School System and graduated from eighth grade with honors.
