Solarize Westchester has selected the Town of Cortlandt and Village of Croton-On-Hudson to participate in a solar-energy discount program that will make going solar easy and affordable for their residents and businesses. Solarize Cortlandt-Croton Week will kick off with a workshop on Tuesday from 7-8:30 p.m. at the Hendrick Hudson Free Library, 185 Kings Ferry Road, Montrose.
