PATTERSON, N.Y. A Croton-on-Hudson woman was recently arrested on a felony charge related to forging checks in Patterson, according to a press release from Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith. Kelly Grady, 41, was working at a Patterson business and was in possession of forged checks from that business, according to Smith.
