A Town of Patterson business owner filed a complaint Feb. 4 with the Putnam Sheriff's Department concerning discrepancies in the business bank accounts. An investigation was conducted which resulted in the arrest of Kelly Grady, 41, of 4 Dove Court, Croton-on-Hudson.
