HUDSON, N.Y. Twenty-eight high school students from France recently spent two weeks in Croton-on-Hudson. "One of the highlights for the visitors is coming to Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School," Linda Reich, a teacher at the Tompkins school, said in a press release.
