HUDSON, N.Y. Edmond E. Benini, of Croton-on-Hudson, died on Saturday, July 4. He was 96. His love of traveling led him to spend five years teaching in Japan, journeying to all seven continents, 72 different countries and every state in the US. He is survived by his wife, son James and wife Kristin, daughter Judy O'Donnell, grandchildren James O'Donnell, Julia O'Donnell, and Alex Benini, and sister Olga Marucci.
