HUDSON, N.Y. Patricia A. Duffy, a longtime resident of Croton-on-Hudson, died at her home on Monday, July 20. She was 77. She is survived by her husband, Vincent, three children, Edward and his wife, Liz, Patrick and his wife, Mary, and Jane Kotalik and her husband, Christopher; 10 grandchildren, and her sister-in-law Joan McGourty. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 170 Kings Ferry Road in Montrose.
