Two men were arrested by state police this week in connection with July 30 burglary of Down Cycles in Croton-on-Hudson, according to the department's Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Cortlandt. Arrested were Alexander Henderson, 21, of Peekskill, and Devon Sherman, 19, of Mount Vernon, both on a charge of Burglary 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.
