The U.S. Coast Guard has called off the search for crew members, including a Croton-on-Hudson native, aboard a ship that went missing during Hurricane Joaquin, according to a story on hudsonvalleynews12.com The family of 34-year-old Richard Pusatere, who is among 33 seamen who remain unaccounted for, has been devastated since officials announced the ship had sunk last week, hudsonvalleynews12.com said. He was a graduate of Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains and SUNY Maritime College.
