Croton-On-Hudson native Richard Pusatere and 32 other people on the El Faro cargo ship are still missing after sending out a distress call when caught in Hurricane Joaquin, according to lohud.com The Coast Guard said that it is calling off the search for the cargo ship at sunset today, lohud.com reported. Pusatere, 34, is a graduate of Archbishop Stepinac High School and SUNY Maritime College.
