Authorities say they've arrested two men who were caught hiding more than 65 pounds of heroin in the axle of a tractor-trailer in suburban New York. Thirty-three-year-old Jorge Ayala of Greenwich, Connecticut, and 47-year-old Fernando Quiles of Fort Worth, Texas, were arrested Tuesday near a home they rented in Croton-on-Hudson, in Westchester County 35 miles north of New York City.
