Marta Aramburu will have a front row seat at Sky View Rehabilitation Center in Croton-on-Hudson for Thursday's duel in the pool between swimmer Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelps at the Summer Olympics. The 95-year-old resident will be rooting hard for Lochte, her 32-year-old grandson, as she does every time he hits the water.
