She is survived by her husband, Howard "Boots" Adams; children Noah Adams and Jodi Anderson; siblings Brieant Stephens, Carol Wetherwax and Virginia Taggart; and grandchildren Noah Adams Jr., Dennis Adams and Jordan Anderson. Visiting hours will be from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 3, at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson.
