Students at Croton-on-Hudson's Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School showed their school and favorite sports team spirit by surpassing a schoolwide goal to collect 600 cans of food for the Cortlandt Emergency Food Bank. The annual weeklong Souper Bowl coincided with Super Bowl 50 and encouraged students to use their enthusiasm for the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers to make a difference in the local community.
