A ceremony to dedicate a 9/11 memorial in Croton-on-Hudson will be held on the 15th anniversary of the attacks this Sunday, said Cortlandt Supervisor Linda Puglisi. Paricipants will gather in the parking area of Croton Landing at 1:30 p.m. and proceed to the site of the "Reaching Through the Shadow" memorial where a ceremony will be held 2 p.m. The memorial, which has been formally transferred from the BCC 9/11 Task Force to the three municipalities, consists of a steel beam from the World Trade Center and a life-size bronze statue of a woman.
