Yorktown police have arrested a 24-year-old resident of Croton-on-Hudson on marijuana and traffic violations following a traffic stop on Sunday, authorities said. The traffic stop came about when a patrol officer noticed a vehicle leaving the parking lot at 1136 E. Main Street while failing to use a designated lane and disobeying a traffic control device around 2:15 a.m., according to officials.
