Celebrating loved ones in recovery and supporting those struggling with drug or alcohol abuse is what the Croton Community Coalition Sixth annual Candlelight Vigil is all about. Organized by members of the Teen Leadership Council in cooperation with the Coalition, the event will take place at 6 p.m.Thursday, at Vassal Park, Old Post Road South, Croton-on-Hudson.
