A man was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without a license on Wednesday, according to Yorktown police. Christopher J. Guglielmo, 54, of Croton-on-Hudson, was stopped by police Wednesday morning on Croton Lake Road, after an officer allegedly observed his vehicle moving at a high rate of speed on Underhill Avenue, officials report.
