Students at Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School in Croton-on-Hudson far surpassed their fundraising goal by donating substantially more to purchase books for two children's charities. While the PTA's All For Books Challenge aimed to raise $500 it garnered instead a total of $3,029.39.
