YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. A Croton-On-Hudson man was charged Friday with causing an accident while driving under a suspended license, according to a press release from the Yorktown Police Department. David Eichler, 30, of Furnace Dock Road, Croton, is charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and one traffic infraction for following too closely, police said.
