A boat operator who had to be extricated from his vessel was charged with boating while intoxicated by Westchester County Police after he crashed an 18-foot Stingray into a wooden sea wall on the Hudson River, police said. The operator, Rogerio Jost, 56, of Truesdale Drive, Croton-on-Hudson, reportedly was placed on a back board and taken to shore by county police.
