YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. A Croton-on-Hudson man was arrested in Yorktown on a charge of driving while intoxicated, according to a press release from the Yorktown Police Department. Henry C. Blum, 63, was involved in a single-vehicle accident Wednesday night at Baldwin Road near Gambelli Drive, police said.
