Leo Wiegman, Mayor of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, has been named Executive Director of Sustainable Westchester, the County-wide consortium of over 40 municipalities working together to build a more sustainable future for their communities. In announcing Wiegman's appointment, Sustainable Westchester co-chair Chris Burdick said, "Leo is the perfect person to get this organization up and running.
